Shipping and Returns

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from Bokabikini.

We would advise checking your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation within that time frame.

If you don’t get it, or would like an additional copy, please contact our customer care team at info@bokabikini.com.

All stocked orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Bokabikini is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

Yes! However, Bokabikini Swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customer is responsible for paying for international shipping and the cost will be added to your order during checkout.

Shipping times will vary but are approximately 7-14 business days for international orders.

Bokabikini is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we’d suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its hang tag, sanitary strip, bag.

 NOTE: FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at Infot@bokabini.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
